Your net worth at a glance
One figure at the top: what you own minus what you owe. Below it, how it has moved over time on a chart you can scrub with your finger, plus the split by asset type.
Your whole net worth, in one place.
Coming soon on the App StoreIt gathers what you own and what you owe, values it with official data, and shows you where it is heading.
One figure at the top: what you own minus what you owe. Below it, how it has moved over time on a chart you can scrub with your finger, plus the split by asset type.
Index funds, ETFs, stocks, crypto, savings accounts and term deposits. Prices are fetched automatically, and anything in dollars is converted to euros at the official ECB rate.
Contributions, withdrawals, dividends and staking, fees included. That is where your real return, your annualised return and your true invested amount come from. If you contribute monthly, the app logs it for you.
Type the address and the app pulls surface, year and cadastral reference, then estimates the value from the official average price in your area. It refreshes itself every quarter. If you only own part of it, you set your share.
Enter the model, the price when new and the registration date. The value drops year after year following the official Spanish depreciation table, adjusted to real resale prices.
Outstanding balance, monthly payment, interest and payment day. The app amortises it for you and tells you what you owe today, without digging out the bank's schedule.
An estimate of what you would pay if you sold today, bracket by bracket, and also asset by asset so you can see what is worth touching. Indicative only, not tax advice.
Projects your portfolio years ahead using real ECB inflation, not made-up numbers. And if you want to try an idea, simulate a portfolio from scratch without touching your own.
Ask it in plain words about your net worth, about funds to diversify with, or what your car will be worth in three years. It answers using your real figures and runs on Apple Intelligence inside the device. It is optional: switch it on or off in Settings.
Save your whole net worth to a file and bring it back whenever you want, on this iPhone or another one. If you use iCloud, the app keeps a copy up to date on its own and only rewrites it when something changes.
You can require Face ID to open the app. It covers itself the moment you leave and, when you come back, it shows no figure at all until it recognises you.
No reference figure is made up. These are the sources, and the app always tells you the date each figure belongs to.
LYVARA is not affiliated with any of these institutions. Value estimates are a market reference, not an appraisal: they know nothing about the condition, floor or orientation of your home. Nothing shown in the app is financial advice.
Something not adding up, your town missing, or an idea to make it better? Write and I'll reply.
Nothing. LYVARA is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscription. There is no account to create either.
No. LYVARA does not connect to any bank and never asks for banking credentials. You enter your data yourself.
The official price table only details municipalities above 25,000 inhabitants. Elsewhere the provincial average is used, and the app tells you so. You can always type the value yourself.
True: the official price is the average for the whole town, and within a large city one neighbourhood can be worth twice another. So if you correct the estimated value, the app remembers that gap and keeps it: every quarter it follows your town's market while preserving how far your area sits from the average.
Yes, as long as you entered town and surface. When the ministry publishes a new quarter, the app recalculates the value with the updated price. An amount you typed by hand without those details is never overwritten.
Yes. Official figures are a sensible starting point, not a rule: any value you type overrides them.
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. It works offline; the internet is only used to refresh quotes and official data. The advisor additionally needs Apple Intelligence switched on.
No. It uses the Apple Intelligence model already living inside your iPhone, so your questions and your data never leave the device. If you would rather not have it, turn it off in Settings and it disappears from the tab bar.
The app checks once a day. Inflation is published monthly, ECB rates every six weeks and the house price index quarterly, so you always see the latest available figure with its date next to it.
Yes. In Settings you pick euro or dollar and every amount is converted at the day's rate. The same screen lets you change the colour theme: four ready-made palettes or your own, picking a colour for each screen.
Save a backup from Settings and restore it on the new iPhone. Your data also travels in the device's own backup, like any app that stores locally. There is no account to create and no password to remember.
Wherever you say: when you save it you pick the folder like with any file, be it iCloud Drive, the iPhone itself or another app. The automatic backup, if you leave it on, also writes a file to the LYVARA folder in your iCloud Drive.
No. What already exists is updated and what is missing is added; nothing is deleted. You can restore the same file twice without duplicating anything.
No: it is a readable text file, so you can open it and check what is inside. Keep it where you would keep a bank statement. Inside your iCloud Drive it is protected by your Apple account.
Yes, switch it on in Settings. From then on the app covers itself every time you leave it. If biometrics fail your iPhone passcode works too, so there is no way to lock yourself out of your own data.
Your net worth is your business. The app is built so it stays that way.
Balances, properties, debts and transactions are stored on the device only. There is no server holding your figures.
Only public lookups: market prices, exchange rates, macro data and the address you type when searching the land registry. Never how much you own.
No advertising, no profiling, no selling data to third parties.
If you leave the automatic backup on, the file is stored in your iCloud Drive: your Apple account, not a server of mine. You can turn it off in Settings.
The advisor runs on the Apple Intelligence model built into your iPhone: neither your questions nor your figures leave the device, and you can turn it off in Settings. This page will be updated with the final policy before launch.
